CALL FOR SUPPORT ↗“YOU THINK IT. YOU DREAM IT.
WE BUILD IT.”
Built around the belief that the right answer isn't always a new machine. Sometimes it's understanding why the old one keeps failing.
Understand the actual failure, process conditions, operating habits, and equipment history.
Separate symptoms from root causes and prioritize safe, achievable corrections.
Develop an actionable repair or improvement plan, then measure whether it holds.
Zachary grew up around industrial maintenance, where curiosity was encouraged and nothing was ever truly “unfixable” until you understood why it broke.
His father, Frederick, an engineer, taught him to think beyond the obvious—although Zachary still suspects his dad could have started a machine with two sticks and sheer determination.
There was also a childhood fishing contest Zachary won at age nine. To this day, he isn't entirely convinced his dad didn't have something to do with the size of that fish.
The lasting lesson was simpler: everything in life is earned. That mindset became a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, maintenance leadership, and continuous improvement in recycling operations.
Recycling Worx exists to bring that problem-solving mentality to facilities that need solutions grounded in the realities of the plant floor.
Tell us what equipment is down, what you've tried, and what success looks like. We'll discuss the next practical step.
